I only accept PayPal, and I do charge PayPal fees (I use a calculator for it, so don't worry ^^). I will not accept DA points (even if they can turn into real money), snail mail, nor shipping out money.
(Payment)
You have to pay after sketch is done. You cannot pay after the art is done in order to avoid scamming on both ends. If you somehow end up scamming, I will report you and blacklist you publicity to warn other artists (not to humiliate you). If you still don't feel safe with paying after sketch, ¡we can do payment plans! I only accept US money through PayPal. I do accept trades such as: art, items, merch, etc. If you want me to lower my prices, I am willing to do so, only if you offer things that can make up for the amount of price that was taken out. I accept hoodies, caps, thigh highs, Funko Pops, show merch, unused unique bongs/bubblers, custom art of certain kinds, ¡and much more!
(Obligations)
I am not obligated to accept the commission. Please don't send me any money to force me into drawing anything for you. If you want to support me and donate, then that is fine, but please don't force me into accepting to do any commissions for you.
(Chatting)
Unfortunately I am not into socializing online, so please don't go off into conversation, I don't have much time as I need to finish commissions as soon as possible and move on.
I've never imagined having to add this as a rule, but please don't flirt with me. It doesn't matter if the commission is NSFW, it doesn't matter if I'm of age, it doesn't matter if our age gap is small, I don't do online dating. I do this for money, to have fun, not to be harassed.
(Dating/flirting)
For the sake of us and everyone else, NEVER take us as a couple. Weather I'm taken or not, attracted to your gender, close to your age, etc, don't ever flirt with me, ask me out, bribe me with money to date you, blackmail me to date you, and any other that involves me dating you. You will be blacklisted if you harass me for it. Especially when NSFW commissions are involved. Just because I draw you NSFW as a commission or even a gift does NOT mean I am in love with you and will be your bitch.
(Artistic Freedom)
If you want to commission me an artistic freedom, like making a character, please be specific on the colors, the shapes, the facial expression, etc. I am autistic so you'll have to most likely draw me a simple doodle to get me an idea.
I do not take replies such as, "I guess", "sure", "if you want", etc. as answers when I ask questions about the commission. I must get straight answers. I want my customers to be satisfied with what they commission me for, ¡therefore please don't be afraid to mention changes and edits! If I feel like the changes are too much and overwhelming, we can work something out.
(Posting)
I post every commission I work on. If you don't want me to, please tell me. If you want to post the artwork yourself, ¡you absolutely can! Just make sure you credit me fully, not just "credit goes to the artist". ¡I would highly appreciate using my Linktree as a credit! If not, that is perfectly fine.
If you post my artwork and claiming it as yours, weather removing the watermark or not, I will report you and publicity blacklist you; you won't get a refund.
(Refunds)
Once I start on your commission, you may not get a refund. If I won't be able to work on your commission, I will refund you the money but won't give you the updated version of the art. I do send progress shots very often, so I won't count those. If you change your mind and don't want to commission me, I can only accept it if I haven't started on the art it, or have barely worked on the sketch. Other than that, you're too late and can only get a refund on the parts you don't wand me to work on.
(Age Restriction)
If the commission will be NSFW, you must be 18+ to commission me. It is illegal to lie about your age to where you can get into serious trouble. I will have to verify you with having you to show me an ID of yourself (you can cover up anything as long as I can see that you are 18+).
If you're below 18, I would need your guardian's approval for commissioning me (it cannot me NSFW) in order for you to commission me. If you end up lying and get caught, that is not my problem, I am not responsible for the situation you caused by lying; I would not owe you any money, but depending on how much I was paid, me and youe guardian(s) can work something out.
(Change of Design)
Once I start coloring in the art, I am not obligated to change any designs if you decide to think up of any changes. Please be sure that the design and ideas you show me are official and won't need any changes while I work on the commission.
(Characters)
I can only accept characters YOU own, not someone else's character, unless it is meant for a gift and whatnot. I will be needing proof of you showing the original owner, of the art piece, to know that the gift is legit and not a scam. If I catch you using a character that doesn't belong to you and are using it as theft, I will find the rightful owner of the character and tell them. You will be publicity blacklisted for people to beware of you and your scams.
(Privacy Statement)
Any private information you give me will never go out in public. I am not allowed to share any personal information regarding our conversations and information.
(Timing)
Please do not rush me, if you have a deadline for when you want the art to be finished, I will try my best to finish as soon as I can without making it look rushed. If I don't happen to make it on time, please don't make a fuss, but believe me, ¡I will try!
(Pedophilia)
I will NOT do Pedophilia art, It doesn't matter if you want me to turn the minor into an adult, that would still make me uncomfortable, and I'm sure that is still wrong, so please don't try. Same with making the adult a minor, I will not do ship art of anything pedophilia.
